[求助]Exchange 服务无法启动，无法卸载，无法重装？？

本人一台DC上的Exchange 2000，由于Microsoft Exchange system Attendant无法启动，导致其它服务无法启动。事件的描述如下：<br>
　事件来源：MSExchangeSA<br>事件种类：General<br>用户：　　N/A<br>描述：Unexpected error there is no Microsoft Exchange Organization in that domain.ID no: c1030a8c Microsoft Exchange System Attendant occurred.<br>这台计算机原来的名为　dell-123456-1234 是域控制器，装有Exchange 2000,为改域名我把它降级为成员服务器，并改名为　lenovo ,然后重新升级为DC，从这时开始Exchange 就无法工作了。<br>

　我曾试着重新安装，但出现如下错误信息：<br>
　The component "Microsoft Exchange Messaging and Collaboration Services "acnnot be assigned the action "Reinstall"(Remove/Change也是一样)　because:<br>-Setup is unable to access the windows 2000 Active Directory.<br>-Failed to contact the Schema Master server for this Active Directory forest.<br><br>　我用的是adminitrator登录域的，同时我还发现一个问题在cmd空中窗口下有这样的显示：<br>

C:\>Document and Setting/administrator.dell-123456-1234 \><br>
它是不是应该这样才对：<br>
C:\>Document and Setting/administrator.lenovo\><br>
或者<br>
C:\>Document and Setting/administrator.domainname\>　才对<br>

重新做架构扩展，你的错误操作导致你的邮件服务器完全不能正常工作了，必须全新重新安装了。遗憾

版主，你是说要重新安装操作系统？？？

把EX手工删除后重新全新安装，或重新安装操作系统后再安装EX也行。
