请版主帮忙分析问题出在哪里？

公司内有一台Exchange 2003 server，无固定域名，无固定ip，通过Cisco路由器ADSL拨号上网，无防火墙。之前（已经使用半年）一直工作正常。春节前，停过一次电，重新启动后，所有的Exchange服务都正常，向外发邮件也可以，但发现出现向某些域无法发送邮件的问题(现在发现向sina.com和另一个域xxx.com)无法发送邮件，其中xxx.com 为公司在ISP申请的合法域名，并通过ISP申请了企业邮箱。新浪暂时可以不管，但一定要解决发向xxx.com的邮件问题，已经进行过如下测试：<br>

发现当以一个非xxx.com的用户发送邮件时，是没有问题的。但是，如果发件人是@xxx.com，就会出现日志记录的错误.见下面：<br>

Solution: View the SMTP log or run a netmon trace to see why the remote SMTP server rejects the protocol request.<br>

已经同ISP多次沟通过，他们说没有进行过任何的限制。不知道问题到底出在Exchange 2003 上，还是在ISP那里。这个问题已经快两周了，还没解决，请版主帮忙啊！<br>

请问xx@xxx.com是你的Exchange用户还是ISP邮箱的用户？看起来是验证失败。

公司的域名与ISP的域名相同都是@xxx.com。在日志中的xx@xxx.com应该是Exchange的用户，在ISP企业邮局中也有这个用户。另外公司还有分部，他们也使用ISP的邮箱，他们共享同一SMTP地址空间，已按微软的KB配置过Exchange 2003 。所以发到xxx.com的信主要是发给分部的员工。
