请问大家用什么办法备份Exchange，以保证安全的？我是每周停机一次，用ghost2003进行ghost一次，有什么更好或更方便可靠的办法？

用系统的备份工具就可以.用ghost让人觉得有点担心,怕不支持RAID 5

如果安装在DC上，最好连同AD系统状态一起备份，有条件的，可以加备份DC的系统盘。

能否请老兄详细指点，我一直是用ghost备份。我的邮件服务器硬盘是IDE口的，但是数据多的话备份时间特别长。

补充一点，不必全部备份，只要备份最主要的就可以，证书最好备份一下

如果想不花钱，可以使用WINDOWS自带的backup,如果想做得更好一点，可以使用VERITA BACKUP。<br>

我强调一下，对于懒的管理员，备份系统盘是很有必要的，一旦出现要在不同硬件上恢复，如缺少系统盘全备份将会很麻烦。至于哪些是主要的文件，我也不清楚，呵呵。。微软和我都建议你做FULL BACKUP。<br>

You need to have a complete backup of system state and the system drive. You need to have the same number of NICs, the same video card, HAL, kernel, and number of processors. There has been some testing with restoring from different vendors, from Compaq computers to Dell computers or vice versa, and they have gotten that to work on occasion, but that is not a guarantee, it&#39s not a guarantee that it&#39s going to work. So to improve your chances you want to have as close to the identical hardware as you can get your hands on. Sometimes that can be difficult because hardware changes quite rapidly.<br>
