不能接收邮件（请高手指点）

最近我配了windows2003 server +MDeamon 9.0邮件服务器，可是不能接收外网邮件，可是向外发送，本域发送接收都没有问题。这个问题困扰了我很多天，肯请高手指点一下，不胜感谢！！！！
问题背景－－－
1、解析
打电话问了ALT公司的人，他们远程帮测试说我的解析没有问题。这是我在域名提供商那做的解析：

修改为：
ttrd.com.cn     MX preference = 10, mail exchanger = mail.ttrd.com.cn
另外做一条A，mail.ttrd.com.cn指向你的IP，218.206.99.186
打开218.206.99.186的25端口，半小时内应该就可以收到邮件。

刪除第 2. 3. 4 5.項的MX.
把MAIL項的 隐性URL转发 改成 A
後面HTTP://去掉 :300 去掉.

怎么修改？我对这个不太懂
域名解析是我自己做的，在域名提供商的系统里，里面只有
增加MX记录
邮件服务器名称  （        ）        优先级别   （        ）
增加其他记录
记录名称：
http://（        ）.ttrd.com.cn       指向IP或别为（                  ）

后面IP加的端口号是特别为邮件服务器设的，因为80端口已给网站了，所以不好去掉300

打开218.206.99.186的25端口，半小时内应该就可以收到邮件。

您好，我对网络是新手，请教一下，我已经开了映射，将路由的25端口映射到，内网服务器上，这样是不是你所说的“打开218.206.99.186的25端口”？如果不是的，那怎么打开端口。
