发至台湾的电邮总是被退回

各位:
现遇到一非常棘手的问题,可否请各位大侠帮忙看看........
最近有一用户发至台湾客户总是发不到,退回信息如下:
Your message could not be sent.
A transcript of the attempts to send the message follows.
The number of attempts made: 2
Addressed To:
[email=****@****.com.tw]****@****.com.tw[/email] ; [email=****@****.com.tw]****@****.com.tw[/email]

这用户给客户发的电邮每次都是这样的提示退回来,但我用我使用的邮箱给客户发又是OK的,
但如果说是用户客户端的问题,用户同部门的同事也发不到该客户,请问是什么问题?

最好能有邮服SMTP-OUT的对应日志。

可是我不知道在哪看SMTP-OUT的日志!

晕，今天第二个了，\MDaemon\Logs目录。

可以理解你的心情,不过我找不到该目录;
我们邮件服务器是Exchange 2003,邮件发送控制是Surfcontrol!

多数不是软件问题，但没有日志不好分析。

问个很白痴的问题,我是在exchange服务器上看我的SMTP日志,还是在我的surfcontral上看!
还有这帖子我可以删的吧!
