有些用户使用OWA 新建邮件时,撰写邮件内容的区域可能出来一个红叉, 无法写邮件.如图:<br>

[ 解决办法 ]<br>
你可以尝试在登入 Outlook Web Access 后, 先进入左下方有个 "选项" 按钮, 在右侧的 "选项" 画面中会看到 "电子邮件安全性" 的项目, 可点选 "下载" 来安装 S/MIME 控件.如图:<br>

今天找到另一个解决办法是：
试着重新注册DHTML的两个组件（C:\Program Files\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\Triedit\目录下找到dhtmled.ocx、triedit.dll）把两个文件重新注册。
c:\>regsvr32 dhtmled.ocx /u
c:\>regsvr32 dhtmled.ocx
c:\>regsvr32 triedit.dll /u
c:\>regsvr32 triedit.dll

我的邮件服务器是win2k+Exchange2k,用VISTA系统也会出现OWA新建邮件打红叉的问题,exchange2k系统不支持VISTA系统.

我也遇到过这个问题，你到微软的网站上面下载一个小小的插件，安装一下就可以了。 具体那个小程序的名字我忘记了。谢谢！

呵呵，老大不好意思哦，装好了，我错误认为是在客户端上装了。我想老大推荐的东东不会错啊，仔细看了微软的文档，才知弄错了，嘻嘻。现在服务器上装了这个补丁，VISTA+IE 7.0 客户机上就没有小红叉 了。
