邮件服务器不能接收外部邮件，求解

我的邮件服务内网收发正常，但就是收不到外网的邮件，外网的能接，今天打开163看见了系统退信。我们公司的网站是www.china-oas.com<br>但网页也打不到，能PING到IP，是不是MX指向不正常所以收不到邮件呀！<br>
求各位高手帮我分析下呀。是不是MX的问题呀，有何解决办法呀！ 我的QQ是：153754962寻求各位高手帮忙呀
