[求助]我的邮件发出去是乱码

EX2003 通过OUTLOOK发的<br>
字体是系统默认的英文字体<br>
对方是gmail邮箱<br>
有时他收到的是正常的文字，有时却是乱码，不知道怎么回事，请大侠指点！<br>

我发过去的信原文如下：<br>
