Exchange Server stop responding

My Exchange Server stop responding about every two days with first giving 3 1031 errors with this description: "One of the System Attendant's task is blocked". The three function blockink are:<br>

Function: CPollDomainExchangeServersGroup::Work<br>
Function: CMonitoringTask::Work<br>
Function: COffLineABScanTask::Work<br>
<br>
Next, the server stop responding (it is also the DC server)
