有可能是你的mail被对方服务器列为反垃圾邮件对象了~~

可是在OUTLOOK WEB 上可以正常使用和访问，Outlook express上也可以正常收信

EXCHANGE服务器重新启动客户端也可以正常使用1-2小时

是用户权限未设置正确的问题<br>
1. Use Windows Explorer to check the VSI 1 folder. <br>
2. Right-click the VSI 1 folder, and then click Properties. <br>
3. Click the Security tab, and then confirm that the Everyone group exists in the Name box. <br>
4. Click the Everyone group, and then confirm that it has Full Control permissions enabled. <br>
5. Repeat steps 2, 3, and 4 for the three subfolders, Badmail, Queues, and Pickup, located under Exchsrvr\Mailroot\Vsi 1. <br>
6. If you find that the Everyone group is not listed in the Access Control List (ACL), add it, and assign it Full Control access permissions. <br>
7. Stop, and then restart the Simple Mail Transport Protocol (SMTP) service and the Microsoft Exchange Routing Engine service. <br>
照这些步骤做就可以了。

不好意思，一直在处理问题，没有及时回应。目前问题解决方法暂时是重新开启路由功能就解决发信问题，具体还在测试查看中。已经两天时间都很正常了。谢谢大家的支持！
