急!求助!不能收国外的邮件?

我的exchange2003+win2003,在国内收发都可以的,但收不到国外的带附件的邮件,可以收到平信,为什么呀?各位老大帮忙呀.

你的服务器有没有设定什么大小或是附件过滤什么？<br>

没有，全部是默认的。我现在还不太清楚exchange默认的是否允许。<br>
但，国内的都可以收发带附件的邮件。

这个问题真有点棘手~~

在exchange队列中，有我发的邮件队列，12小时后提示发送延迟了。我用smtp连接器强制连接，它提示远程服务器未响应此连接尝试！这如何解决？请各位大哥帮忙！
