EXCHANGE2007服务器升级时遇到 2147950640 错误

小弟这的EXCHANGE 2007 升级服务器硬件后，在执行 Setup.com /m: RecoverServer命令时出现 2147950640错误，请教各位这可能是啥原因？
   附上配置和错误日志：

补充一下：

原因是服务器更换硬盘。。所以用NTBACKUP把原来的EXCHANGE2007完全备份了一下，然后关闭服务器更换硬盘，重做系统（新系统和原来的系统版本是一致的），把新系统改成和原系统一样的电脑名，并加入域。然后执行EXCHANGE 的恢复安装( Setup.com /m: RecoverServer)，就出现了上述的问题，报错退出了。安装无法继续。
