环境：
服务器1：AD01，Windows Server 2008 R2，安装AD、证书，域名为a.com;
服务器2：Ex01，Windows Server 2008 R2，Exchange sp3, 配置接受邮件后缀为b.cn

配置Outlook AnyWhere步骤如下：
1、申请证书，命令如下：
New-ExchangeCertificate -GenerateRequest -domainname mail.b.cn,autodiscover.b.cn,EX01,EX01.a.com -FriendlyName Exchange_CA -PrivateKeyExportableTrue -Path c:\cert.txt

2、使用web页面申请证书
3、运行如下命令：
enable-ExchangeCertificate -thumbprint B5E1A55D24A96EF5F136016D29FBC2CFEF4E7CAF -services "IIS,IMAP,POP"

4、在服务器上启用outlook anywhere，用外网URL，用基本身份认证


其他配置
--外网域名中加一条A记录  autodiscover.b.cn指定到和webmail相同的ip地址


最后使用Outlook配置OutlookAnyWhere.


在检查过程，显示的都是TCP/ip连接。不知道哪一步没有配对？

另外配置完成之后，发现客户端总弹出需要输入用户名密码的问题。

使用https://www.testexchangeconnectivity.com/排错，提示如下信息：

ExRCA is attempting to contact the Autodiscover service using the HTTP redirect method.

The attempt to contact Autodiscover using the HTTP Redirect method failed.

Test Steps

Attempting to resolve the host name autodiscover.B.CNin DNS.

Host successfully resolved

Additional Details

IP(s) returned: 11*.1*1.1.4



Testing TCP Port 80 on host autodiscover.B.CN to ensure it is listening and open.

The port was opened successfully.

Checking Host autodiscover.cn.gt.com for an HTTP redirect to AutoDiscover

ExRCA failed to get an HTTP redirect response for Autodiscover.

Additional Details

A Web Exception occurred because an HTTP 401 - Unauthorized response was received from Unknown


ExRCA is attempting to contact the Autodiscover service using the DNS SRV redirect method.

Failed to contact AutoDiscover using the DNS SRV redirect method.

看了一下最后解析，一直是HTTP，也说到你打开了80并一直在监听此端口。由于你要使用HTTPS，那就得开放443，最注意的是我从其它帖子看到你使用的是exchange 2007，是吗？默认的此版本的IIS是使用HTTPS的，你有修改吗？另在查看你IIS时请查看是否有RPC目录
