邮件归档软件GFI MailArchiver view显示不出邮件内容 ?

同一封mail ,在GFI MailArchiver view 中显示不出邮件内容，而在Outlook中有邮件内容显示的，如下图所示：

请教各位：如何在GFI MailArchiver view 中显示邮件内容？

NOTE: To make email-browsing safe, GFI MailArchiver cleans the email body from any malicious scripts before it displays the information. However, note that GFI MailArchiver stores the unaltered email body content in the archive store. Therefore, if you save an email to disk and then open it with another email client, it might contain malicious scripts.

HTML emails are not formatted correctly

Issue Encountered: When viewing an HTML email through the GFI MailArchiver interface, the HTML formatting is not displayed correctly. Solution: This issue occurs because the Microsoft Exchange IMAP4 protocol settings are configured to render emails in plain text format. Proceed as follows to resolve this issue:   Open Microsoft Exchange System Manager. Expand ‘Global Settings’ -> ‘Internet Message Format’. Double click on ‘Default’ -> ‘Message Format’ tab. Set the ‘Message Encoding’ to ‘Both’. Click on ‘Ok’ to apply changes. In the Microsoft Exchange System Manager node, expand ‘Servers’. Expand ‘Server Name’ -> ‘Protocols’ -> ‘IMAP4’. Right click on the IMAP4 Virtual Server -> ‘Properties’ -> ‘Message Format’ Set the ‘MIME Encoding’ to ‘Both’.
