不能向某個郵箱發送郵件,有備注提示

我們公司的郵箱最近不能向163,126網易公司的郵箱發郵件,每次發完後系統就會有這樣的提示:<br>

請告之原因及解決方法,不勝感激.<br>

发送频率及个数超出默认设置参数，试下低频率单个发送，OK的话，再试加大设置，再试。
