帮忙：部分邮件不能发出去（在线等）

那位高手帮忙： 
我现在配的邮件系统，收邮件没问题，外发时：一般对公司信箱能收到，但对sina.xinhua.hotmail.等大网站都发不出去，不知为什么？ 
请前辈们帮忙。急，万分感谢！ 
失败提示如下： 
No route found to domain gwssi.com.cn from server WEB/MEDIAWATCH. Check DNS configuration。 
和Router: Failed to connect to SMTP host SINA.COM because : The server is not responding. The server may be down or you may be experiencing network problems. Contact your system administrator if this problem persists.
