是不是只能在安装有exchange的服务器上进行开发？

各位好，我在服务器上安装了Exchange，在开发的电脑上安装了Exchange SDK及SDK文档，但总是无法运行测试代码？不知是否一定要在Exchange　Server的安装主机上才能进行开发？

ExOLEDB cannot be used on Exchange front-end servers. To access remote public stores and mailbox stores, use the WebDAV protocol, MAPI, or CDO 1.2.1.”是不是表明必须要在安装Exchange的服务器上进行开发？因为要获得邮件列表，必须使用ExOleDB呀。<br>

必须能够连接并访问EXCHANGE所在域并具有足够权限才可以运行CODE

开发应该可以在客户机进行，测试需要使用服务器。
