我给一个供应商发email 结果退信  打开这个网址http://www.barracudacentral.org/reputation?ip= xx.xx.xx.xx 显示如下结果,这个网站很权威吗?

但是

为什么我们给国外发邮件有些域名就可以有些域名就退信，这是我email服务器的问题?ip的问题?，还是对方服务器的问题?
如果是我服务器的问题，但是有些国外邮件就可以呀！难道我要分别在不同的权威网站提交反馈才行吗?   老总是火了...  麻烦各位分析下.我还有什么好方法吗?
