里面写的很清楚，你发的邮件像垃圾邮件，所以档了。最好的办法是请直接使用以下连接填写反馈，就跟美国方面联系了 让他把你的邮箱域名加入他们的白名单。这个地址是英文的。因为现在他们仅接受英文提交。你进入这个页面把该填的都填下，发过去就可以了 。他们处理了以后会给你回信的。

填表时，请注意，你最好使用hotmail的邮箱，作为微软给你回复信件的地址。否则，其他邮箱非常有可能收不到！
在小于5个小时内，HOTMAIL会给你回信的。然后，你再等个2、3小时，你就能发现，你可以给HOTMAIL发邮件了！
