反解是需要ISP来完成的。联系给你IP的运营商，比如电信或是网通

一定要ISP才能做吗?

看起来对方反垃圾邮件系统启用了反向DNS，方法两个：
1.联系对方管理员，请他将您的服务器IP和域名列入白名单。
2.联系ISP让他们帮你做反向DNS解析。

我看提示也好象是需要DNS反向解析,但我正向解析我都不会,别说反向解析?
有谁可以告诉我怎么做吗?
