部分用户打不开地址列表

多台DC,其中一台为Exchange server 2003 STD,因不明原因NT Authority \NetworkService帐号无法启动RPC 服务,其他服务即无法启动,包括Exchange Service,改由LocalSystem启动RPC,则其他自动启动服务基本上都能启动,Exchange恢复正常,但用户端出现问题,部分Outlook2000用户不能正常打开全局地址列表,Application Log出现如下错误:
