怎么防御带图片的国外垃圾邮件

垃圾邮件特性
1、垃圾内容都作在gif或jpg图片中，邮件正文和题名无垃圾关键字，无法过滤，
2、不断更换发送地址，使用ip黑名单拦截无效。
3、用md 自带垃圾主件无法抵御，综合判断此类邮件的垃圾评分都在3以下。
各位md专家给个解决方法
