我的系统是WIN2003 
 
安装程序正在安装子组件“系统助理服务”时失败，错误代码为0xc00700c1 
 
事件详细信息 
 
未能为服务 C:\Program Files\Exchsrvr\bin\alsperf.ini (C:\Program Files\Exchsrvr\bin\alsperf.ini)安装性能计数器字符串。错误代码是数据节中的第一个 DWORD 值。 
 
未能为服务 C:\Program Files\Exchsrvr\bin\dspctrs.ini (C:\Program Files\Exchsrvr\bin\dspctrs.ini)安装性能计数器字符串。错误代码是数据节中的第一个 DWORD 值。

怎么看我的2003是64位的还是32位的啊，救救我，哪出问题了啊

我用的2003好象不是64位的啊，内部版本号3790.srv03_rtm.030324-2048

你用的是64位的操作系统吗?如果是,EXCHANGE不能安装在64位系统上.EX2003和SQL2K不建议安装在一起.
