求助，如何限制部分人员外发邮件

各位大哥，请问如何控制一部分人员发外部邮件，但可以在局域网内部收发邮件！！！！<br>请高手大哥赐教，小弟谢谢了！

我用exchage server 2003架设的邮件主机，对应的域控制器是用win server 2003架设的，请大哥们赐教

按照以下方式修改注册码：<br>
1.Start Registry Editor (Regedt32.exe).<br>
2.Locate and click the following registry key:<br>HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE/System/CurrentControlSet/Services/Resvc/Parameters/ <br>
3.On the Edit menu, click Add value, and then add the following registry value:<br>value Name: CheckConnectorRestrictions<br>Data Type: REG_DWORD<br>Radix: Hexadecimal<br>value: 1 <br>
4.Quit Registry Editor.<br>
