[求助]IMail 8.0 WEB Messaging 问题[iwebmsg.exe CPU利用率非常高]

我安装的IMail版本是8.0，用户数量180，用过一段时间后发现iwebmsg.exe CPU利用率忽高忽低，高的时候一般在95％以上，低的时候一般为1％以下，通常隔1秒钟就出现一次，这样造成邮件客户端收发邮件十分缓慢，重启iwebmsg服务后，系统正常，iwebmsg CPU利用率一般都是0，邮件客户端收发邮件也非常快！求助各位高手，帮我看一下是什么原因？

我的版本是8.00-2003.03.03.28，没有打过补丁！ 
请问需要打什么样的补丁，在哪里可以下载的？ 
OS是Win2000+SP4，MS的补丁基本上都打了！
