一个用户的邮箱用量在ADMIN CONSOLE里显示突然暴涨

我们用的是V6.4.1版本，一个用户在服务器上和ADMIN CONSOLE里显示用量突然差距较大，由于该用户的quota是2G，导致该用户不能收发邮件。谁遇到相同情况？原因？谢谢！谁有admin console统计用户用量资料？

[root@server user1]# du -sh INBOX
1.1G INBOX
[root@server user1]# du -sh
1.7G
kerio admin console reports:2.5G

除了空间，邮件计数，邮件显示都正常吗？
不知道是不是index.fld同步出了问题
那样的话可以删掉该用户的index.fld

你最好先找个测试用户做个测试。
kerio版本一直变化，并不敢保证这个方法长久有效。

还有一个status.fld 也可以删除试试看

如果对正是用户做操作，别忘记先做好备份

你说的index.fld是指哪个文件夹时的？我搜了一下发现很多个这样的文件，你说的是INBOX文件夹里边的吗？谢谢

一般是谁的出问题，就删除谁的
你可以新建一个用户，测试一下，这些文件都删除掉一般都没问题
不过还是建议先做好备份

哦，我明白你的意思，但是就是在同一用户里都有很多这种文件（status.fld and index.fld），但stats.usr 只有一个，我想你说的status.fld和index.fld是指该用户INBOX里边的，是吧？
我刚测试了一下，这三个文件删了以后会自动生成的。我想在那个用户里试一下，看可不可行。

inbox下的只负责该目录信息
其他目录下的负责其他目录信息
所以有必要的话就都删除掉

我看到里面这样一段话

I have fixed it by stoping the mailserver service, renaming the user-mailbox-dir and started the mailbox-service again - now the mailbox size is 0MB because Kerio has created a new mailbox.
Then I've stoped the service again, deleted the new mailboxdir and restored the original mailbox by renaming it back to the original name. Additionaly I've deleting the "stats.usr" in the usermailbox-dir (found this solution anywhere at google.de) and then i've restarted the service again.
Now the mailbox-size is 32MB again...

I think its only the stoping, deleting stats.usr and restarting the service, that helps!

他的意思应该是解决了，你尝试可行吗？
但是感觉和咱们删除文件的作用应该是一样的，也许需要停止服务再删除才能有效？ 那就是应该还有缓存？
还是需要你多尝试一下，不太确定这个问题该如何彻底解决。
那个贴中有人说是kerio 6.4的bug，kerio的技术支持则说很罕见的错误，无法追踪，那样的话应该也没有官方的解决办法。
我们多试验一下吧。
