应该不是中毒关系吧？应为我每天在服务器上过滤垃圾邮件的时候，也会发现一些自己发送给自己的邮件的...而且要中毒也不知那么多位一起来吧？

你内网的客户端中毒了吧。看mail的内容不可能是md所为。
