为什么邮件存储文件.edb和.stm大小是固定不变的

大家好，我这边的环境是，windows server2003标准版，exchange2003标准版，目前运行正常，但是有一个问题一直困扰着我，就是数据文件大小一直是固定不变的，priv1.edb是4GB,priv1.stm是1.63GB,pub1.stm是6MB,pub1.edb是19MB,tmp.edb是1MB,这些文件大小重未变过，修改时间也只是在服务器重启时变为重启的时间，不过平常在使用中倒没什么问题，邮件也没有出现过丢失的情况，希望哪位达人能帮我解释下，谢谢。

   另事件日志会有如下日志，

邮件量多不多，邮件都是保存在客户端本地的吧。
