邮件服务器被中继·~

公司的邮件服务器每天都向外发送大量的垃圾邮件。。。
外发的邮件地址居然是公司的合法帐户，但是询问具体的用户使用者，他们都说自己从来没发送过，
想 问一下这种情况exchange2003邮件服务器本身应该做如何设置。。。
另外增加防垃圾软件的软件已经敲定  哈哈 ROF (还没购买)

这类问题有可能是某个用户的密码被猜出来了。

这是英国方面的回复:
Our IT guys have got to the bottom of the problem. The IP address (xxx.x.xx.xxx) has been black listed because ‘spam’ has been sent from this address. They think this has probably happened because the relay setting has been set to ‘open relay’. They suggest this is fixed first, as anyone could send email through this address at the moment. I think the other option will be closed?? Let me know if the IT company you use are not sure about which setting to use. See link below to test once they have done this?



Once this is done, you will need to apply to each register to have the IP address removed. Again, see link below.

这应该只是告诉你IP有可能被用来发垃圾邮件了。所以建议你还是检查原因。
有一点是肯定的，除非你手动改过Exchange中继的设定，默认是已经禁用中继的。
