我的exchange2003发邮件正常，但是收不到邮件，请各位指教！

软件环境 EXCHANG2003+WINDOWS2003
域和邮件服务器装在了一台机器上，现在就是局域网收发邮件正常，但是外部邮件就只能发送，收不到外部邮件，以163邮箱为例，向我的邮箱发送邮件后就没有了消息，163系统没有退信，我这里的列队里边也什么都看不到！请教各位了！在本地TELNET 25 和110都是正常的！

这项MX严重错误

RFC1912 2.1 says you should have a reverse DNS for all your mail servers. It is strongly urged that you have them, as many mailservers will not accept mail from mailservers with no reverse DNS entry. You can double-check using the 'Reverse DNS Lookup' tool at the DNSstuff site (it contacts your servers in real time; the reverse DNS lookups in the DNS report use our local caching DNS server). The problem MX records are:

MAIL项中严重错误

mail.heighten-line.com: Timed out [Last data sent: [Did not connect]]

If this is a timeout problem, note that the DNS report only waits about 40 seconds for responses, so your mail may work fine in this case but you will need to use testing tools specifically designed for such situations.

那你有没有找到问题啊
在网上一搜，这样的问题多得要死，就是没有见到那里有解决的办法，老是说什么SMTP有问题。具体又说不出个原因来，有的又说POP3没启动，比我还水！还有的更搞笑，又说什么端口被没映射呀，什么的！真是郁闷！

不知道是哪里没有配置好，用126和163的邮箱测试时没有邮件，也没有退信，不知道法哪里去了；

请高手们指点指点。。。

MX记录没有配置好.因先建mail主机,然后将MX记录指向这个A记录,如果指向Cname和IP地址会出现不可预见的问题

windows server 2003本身就带有简单的邮件发送和接收的功能，正常使用收、发都没有问题，因为功能太简单，比如没有办法建立邮件群发功能等，所以又安装了exchange server 2003，但是出现了能发不能收的现象了。。。

真不知道问题出在哪了。。。

昨天胡乱调整设置,发现将Exchange系统管理器中的默认SMTP服务器选中匿名访问就正常了...

不明白...

不知道安全方面会不会有影响...

A10：你不能将SMTP Virtual Server à Access卷标页中的Authentication à
      Anonymous access这个选项的勾勾取消掉，因取消此项认证后当Internet有信件要寄到贵公司时，贵公司的Exchange Server会向对方要求帐号及密码来验证，在正常情况下对方是不可能拥有帐号及密码的，所以也就无法寄信到贵公司。
而正确的预防成为别人的转信站的方法请参考Q8。
