你是说我的ISP的DNS有问题吗?可我发到其他公司的EMAIL没问题呀,遇到这种问题应该怎么解决呀?<br>

1、DNS解析设置可能有问题，发放SINA的通过两个DNS，没有必要。<br>
DNS Server: 10.15.1.2<br>
DNS Server: 221.12.33.228<br>
<br>
2、Winsock Error 10060 The connection timed out.<br>
属于连接超时，基本上是SINA把你蔽了，给管理员发邮件，看置顶贴

给SINA的邮件管理邮箱发送封不成功的信 他会给您回所需要的信息 你填写完了在回复他会把你信息加到他们的所谓的红名单里 就OK了
