[求助]microsoft exchange management service如何安装?

在ESM中点服务器属性,别的选项卡都可打开,只有DIRECTORY ACCESS选项卡无法进入.我的EX服务已经起来了 
错误信息: 
information about directory services could not be entired obtained . 
check to see that the microsoft exchange management service is running on the exchange2000 server. 
我的服务中的确没有这个服务,怎么才能出来啊?

不会吧 
Exchange装好之后就没有吗？ 
看看注册表里面有没有对应的key吧 
 
local machine －system － currentcontrolset －services

那就重装一下吧 
setup.exe进去后选reinstall 
 
你之前灾难安装之后有没有把原先的Service Pack都重新打上？
