owa访问信箱的问题

用IE打开owa页面时，输入用户名及密码后提示如下错误信息

“您没有打开此邮箱的权限。请与 Exchange 管理员联系，获取访问权限，或了解详细信息”，请问是哪里的权限？？？

另外用outlook exchange 服务终端方式各邮箱正常收发

是不是把这个用户的OWA功能给禁掉了

1.没有 owa 所有用户都是打开的，如附图
2.exchange 2007中出现此log, An unexpected failure has occurred. The problem will require administrator intervention. The service will retry in 56 seconds. Diagnostic information:

Cannot open mailbox /o=Gtechzs/ou=Exchange Administrative Group (FYDIBOHF23SPDLT)/cn=Configuration/cn=Servers/cn=EXCHANGE/cn=Microsoft System Attendant.

只是一个用户还是所有用户都不能OWa登录？

谢谢站长，我的出现的故障和blog的不一样，提exchange 2007服务器出现的是

3. 用outlook 2007现在也会现不定时的密码认证，重新认证就可以登录
