email内容变成了附件？

email内容变成了附件？不知道是为什么。查了一下官方的文档。To resolve this issue, do not use the filename= parameter when you compose multipart messages in which the MIME Content-Disposition header is set to inline.
不知道是什么意思。我们自己是不能写邮件头的啊。有没有碰到过类似的啊。
谢谢。我的email是html格式的。变成了附件后。附件名为untitled attachment

outlook2003 file:///E:/doc/My%20Pictures/untitled.bmp邮件的内容里有网址链接。有图片信息。是被回复过几次的一封邮件，内容很长。但以前没有出现过。
