[原创]自定义Exchange Server系统退信内容的几个工具介绍

在Exchange Server的使用过程中，很多管理员都知道用户会接收到不同的由Exchange Server 系统帐号发送的系统警告信息或是退信的内容。标准化的信息会让很多用户和管理员陌生。也许你可以在用户收到这封邮件时告诉他到底是什么问题，怎么解决，以增强用户的使用体验。我们可以通过修改Exchsrvr\bin\MDBSZ.dll 文件来实现，比如自定义Exchange Server邮箱配额的警告信息(<a target=_blank href=http://www.5dmail.net/html/2005-6-27/2005627235248.htm)>http://www.5dmail.net/html/2005-6-27/2005627235248.htm)</a> ，下面介绍几个软件有使用。<br>

一）Resource Localization Toolset（RLTOOLS.exe）<br>
Yinjie在他的文章中提到了 Resource Localization Toolset（RLTOOLS.exe），其实他的用法还是相对简单的。<br>

1.下载：<br>

（有Toolkit的朋友你可以从当中找到一个叫RLQuikEd.exe的工具）<br>
2.使用：<br>
A.在DOS下运行RLTOOLS.exe解压。<br>
B.运行RLQuikEd.exe。<br>

注意事项：<br>
1)修改Dll文件是高危险的操作，而且不被Microsoft PSS （Microsoft产品支持服务）支持的。所以，修改前请务必做好备份。<br>
2)修改DLL后，需要暂止IS（Information Store）服务，再替换原有的DLL,然后重启IS服务。<br>
3)有时打补丁将更新MDBSZ.dll文件，所以升级或是打补丁后需要重新修改MDBSZ.dll.<br>
