[求助]邮件服务器不能使用

今天公司邮件服务器无故罢工，经查看Mailbox store和Public folder store两项同时显示Dismount（保证不是人为），点击右键mount不可选状态。我从新启动服务器问题解决。请问造成这样的问题一般是什么原因造成的。在服务器不能使用是出现个这样的提示，大家帮参考下。谢谢<br>

pieazhang你给的错误只说明了数据库不能Mount（运行）请看：<br>
Event 9175:MAPI 调用 'OpenMsgStore' 失败，错误为<br>

但是不能Mount的原因有很多。比如人为UN了，没有手动去Mount等。你可能需要重新找一下具体的原因。

今天有发现了相同的问题，怎么老是出这样的问题呢？有哪位老兄碰到过这种问题或是知道解决这种问题的办法吗？

如果服务器不正常关机,会出现日志文件损坏或者出错。<br>
这样会存储服务和公共文件夹mount不上的.<br>
<br>
还有就是本身数据损坏,那需要修复才行.<br>
<br>
要确定具体的原因.
