收不到回复邮件

exchange2003+windows2000 sever .

用exchange的邮箱给263的邮箱发邮件，263的再直接回复邮件时，收到退信，内容如下，

这是自动生成的传递状态通知。
传递到下列收件人时失败。

简单来说，就是直接给exchange的邮箱发邮件没问题，但是回复exchange发过来的邮件，就会有上述问题。
