JOB TITLE: Exchange Server Support Engineer<br>
DEPARTMENT: Enterprise Messaging Support Team<br>
IMMEDIATE SUPERVISOR: GTEC Enterprise Messaging Support Team Manager<br>

JOB SUMMARY: <br>

Reporting to GTEC Enterprise Messaging Support Team Manager, the Support Engineer is responsible for providing quality <br>
<br>
support for Microsoft Exchange Server with a high degree of customer satisfaction.<br>
<br>
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: <br>
<br>
Provide 24x7 accurate and timely technical support on critical problems and advisory service for Enterprise customers. <br>
Collaborate with Product team to create quicker issue resolution to achieve high customer satisfaction. <br>
Answer escalation questions and provide consulting service for internal colleagues from other branches. <br>
Learn advanced technologies and deliver high-level training internally and externally. <br>
NATURE AND SCOPE:<br>
<br>
Provide direct contact from Microsoft to the customers via the MS hotline, Email and Internet service. <br>
Be extremely accurate in the information and solutions provided to the customer. <br>
Decide among other things how best to satisfy each customer's needs in varying critical and non-critical situations. <br>
Maintain a high level of professionalism and quality when interacting with Microsoft customers. <br>
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS: <br>
<br>
Bachelor degree or above with at least 2 years of technical support, system integration or coding experience <br>
Solid knowledge of Microsoft Exchange Server, Outlook, Windows Server and networking is required. Application development <br>
<br>
experience based on Microsoft Exchange Server and/or Visual C++ is preferred. Familiar with Lotus Notes, GroupWise or other <br>
<br>
e-mail systems is a plus. <br>
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Chinese and English. <br>
Quick learning, troubleshooting and debugging skills are needed. <br>
