对方发不进邮件,而其它发送接收都正常,就是这联系人的邮件收不到.

您说的是对方同域不同账户发邮件能收到，而就是一个账号收不到吗？

不是同域,只是一个客户,也就是他们那个域的发我们域的都不行,而我们发他们的可以.

那就说明该用户解释不到您的MX记录造成的，可以用备用的MX记录去解决。
