Note: I assume the problematic mailbox account is UserP, the mailbox account that is able to show f/b is UserB, the user who wants to see f/b information is UserA
1. Logon Outlook as UserA, create a meeting appointment on next month (系统默认情况下，忙闲信息的发布时间是2个月), and invite UserB and UserP.
2. Close Outlook and make sure outlook.exe process is not running.
3. From start/run type “outlook.exe /cleanfreebusy” (without quotes), click OK.
4. Logon as UserP, ensure the meeting request is accepted and the appointment is showing in the calendar on the correct time.
5. Exit Outlook and wait for 10-15 minutes if you are running OL on cached mode or wait for a few minutes if you are running online mode
6. Restart Outlook and logon as UserA, create a new meeting request and invite UserB and UserP, and check if you can view FB information that you just created.
