标题: 为什么对方发送不了邮件给我（急，在线等） [打印本页]

标题: 为什么对方发送不了邮件给我（急，在线等）
对方ALD是德国的一家公司，我们ABC公司的邮件服务器在国内（IP我用1.2.3.4代替了，但是没有做反向DNS解析的，不过我们向他们发没有问题），他们向我们发送老是不成功，我怀疑是他们的DNS出了问题。他们的网管用别的邮箱给我发了邮件，给了以下的信息，我看了以下DNS和SMTP应该没有问题，那么还有什么会影响到呢？

ALD:

nslookup

> set type=mx
> ald-vt.de

Address: 172.18.6.34#53

ald-vt.de mail exchanger = 10 mail.ald-vt.de.

ABC:

nslookup

> abc-xy.cn

Non-authoritative answer:
abc-xy.cn mail exchanger = 20 1.2.3.4. #我们邮件服务器可以在德国被正向解析出来的。

The name and the IP address has to disband in both directions:    #这句话我不明白是什么意思。

ALD:

有时国外网络连国内的速度或稳定性等也会影响。
你首先要让他们确定一下，他们能否连接到你的服务器25端口。
然后再检查一下连接的稳定性和速度。

另外，如果可以，请提供你的域名和公网IP（可通过论坛短信发送），我在这边试一下。

原因不清楚，不过mx不要用ip地址，先把这个修改一下

另外你们也有防火墙,关闭一下上面的邮件检查功能测试
如果用tls加密方式的话，防火墙可能不支持

他给你们发的具体错误日志没有最好能要一份看看
另外看看你服务器上有没有对方接入日志

域名及公网IP已经发短信给你，请麻烦测试一下。

我修改一下MX先。
防火墙我没有开启邮件检查的。
我们用的是exchange 2007，从哪里可以查到接入日志？
错误日志估计是德文的，我是老早向他们要过，到现在也没有收到。

根据你给我的PM，不知道你是否使用的是Cisco的防火墙，我首先建议你看一下下面的KB：

我昨天让对方把他们发邮件失败时返回的错误信息发邮件给我别的邮箱，下面就是他们得到的错误信息：

Permanent error 11001 (non-existent host or domain) resolving 'abc-xy.cn'. #这里可以看到我们的域名没有被解析出来。

Hint if the message looks like a wrong mail address (unkown user):

Then the e-mail address could not be found. Perhaps the recipient moved to a different e-mail organization, or there was a mistake in the address. Check the address and try again.

IMPORTANT: The message between the lines is the answer of the remote server, not the one from ALD. #我比较纳闷的是这句话，它的意思是说横线之间的错误信息不是来自ALD的服务器，而是来自一个远程的服务器(remote server)，那么这个远程的服务器是哪个服务器呢？我想这个是问题的关键了。请大家帮忙分析一下。

国外无法向国内发送邮件，我也遇到很多了
本地一切都好，对方也好，就是两者之间无法通讯

查了google，baidu，bing

貌似有可能是GFW或者对方国家也有类似的东东

无解。。。。。。转发Gmail来临时解决
