中国发送到国外邮件退信是常事,大部份都是因为网络问题.一般发送体积小的邮件都没多少问题(比如10K左右的),如果发送大一点的或是带个附件的话就会出现退信了.如果发信到国外多的话还是选择中国网通的线路好一点,中国网通的国际出口要比电信的好.更好的办法就是用好的中继服务器
