标题: 发给美国的一客户出现Winsock Error 10053错误
收发别的国内外邮件都算正常，但今天发现发给美国的一客户出现Winsock Error 10053错误，MTU也已经是1500的十进制数值了。（HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\Tcpip\Parameters\Interfaces\在相对应的网卡中添加了MTU，数值是1500）应该没有错吧？已经重启过一次了。
发给这个客户的邮件依然还是10053的错误。具体如下：
