发到国外去，退回来这个，是不是屏蔽我们发过去的邮件了？

郵件無法被傳送收到收件人的信箱，系統就給通知你了。
可能的原因是：收伯人的服務器連接不上，或郵件地址不對(可能不存在，也可能輸入錯了)，或者是網絡不通。
