标题: [求助]EXCHANGE服务器的stroe无法mount（详见内容）
　　我们公司邮件服务器最近总出现如下故障（至今没有真正解决，烦请您指教）： 
 
1.客户端发不了邮件退信如下： 
 
邮件没有到达某些或全部的预定收件人。 
 主题: 大 发送时间: 2004-4-20 13:16 
 
无法到达以下收件人: 
 lihua 李华在 2004-4-20 13:16 没有可用的传输提供商，无法向该收件人传递邮件。 
 zhaoyan 赵燕在 2004-4-20 13:16 没有可用的传输提供商，无法向该收件人传递邮件。 
 
2.登录EXCHANGE服务器查看EXCHANGE System Manager发现公司相关员工所在的Store被dismount掉了，继续查看日志相关报错信息如下：

Storage Group - Initialization of Jet failed.

3.mount其store，报错如下： 
An internal processing error has occurred.Try restarting the Exchange System Manager or the Microsoft Exchange Information Store Service,or both. 
ID no:C1041724 
4.关闭了system manage后故障依旧，重启system attendant服务报错，重启机器后，还是一样：（

把你错误的id复制下来去mis找下，一般多能找到原因和解决方法。

查找一下E000.LOG文件是否还在MDBDATA目录下.是否被杀病毒软件隔离了?如是请在本坛精华帖子中找解决方法.
