Hi all,
    我自己建了一个exchange2010 mailserver. 自己的域跟其他域之间邮件都能正常收发，但我发给外网的邮箱地址却报错，比如 hotmail.com,gmail.com,错误显示如下：
col0-mc3-f26.Col0.hotmail.com 拒绝了您发送到以下电子邮件地址的邮件:
jarki587@hotmail.com (jarki587@hotmail.com)

col0-mc3-f26.Col0.hotmail.com 提供了此错误:
DY-001 Unfortunately, messages from 211.x.x.x weren't sent. Please contact your Internet service provider. You can tell them that Hotmail does not relay dynamically-assigned IP ranges. You can also refer your provider to http://mail.live.com/mail/troubleshooting.aspx#errors.

将此邮件传递到此电子邮件地址时出现问题。请尝试重新发送此邮件。如果问题仍然存在，请与支持人员联系。

你的郵件服務器使用動態IP嗎？

HOTMAIL说了他不支持动态IP。你可以使用一个软件把你的IP给固定下来试试，我知道以前可以使用花生壳软件
