SMTP Protocol Returned a Permanent Error 554

用的软件是6.5的，发送邮件到某一个域的邮件是出现      Error transferring to notes5.xx .COM; SMTP Protocol Returned a Permanent Error 554 Mail from tchsu@xx.com rejected for policy reasons.


确定过了对多数邮箱收发都没有问题。


网上查了下说要加PTR记录？请教各位。多谢
