* 说明 ： 可被建立无连接因为主动拒绝它在目标计算机。 此错误通常可以从试图连接到服务处于外部主机, 即, 一个不具有运行服务器程序上活动。 原因有几种，一是对方拒绝你的邮件，可能对方拉你黑名单或被垃圾过滤了，二是对方MAIL SERVER有问题。。。三是肯定不是你单方面的问题！ 支持楼上的说法，另外把本地防火墙关闭一下，把杀毒软件排除一下，不要对MD进行监控扫描哦。
