Exchange 2000 和SIFMSMSE 6.0问题

Exchange2000和symantec的SIFMSMSE6.0经常出现下面的出错信息：

SMTP scanning failed on the message with subject: Fw: visiting confirmation.This message has been set as bad mail on the SMTP server.

我只能重启symantec的相关服务和SMTP 服务邮件才会正常，但时不时的又会发生这样的问题，不知道怎么解决？

windows 2000下Exchange2000，使用symantec的SIFMSMSE6.0经常出现下面的出错信息：

This message has been set as bad mail on the SMTP server.
解决理解这句是关键。在smtp服务器（我不知道ex2k）上查看是否有此mail address

目录Exchsrvr\Mailroot\vsi 1\BadMail
badmail是一个文件夹，exchange 无法处理的邮件会被放在这个文件夹里，symantec的SIFMSMSE6.0 监护开户后，有时outlook邮件已经发送到exchange服务器，但没有发到目的地，接不到任何邮件，看日志就会出现上面的日志：SMTP scanning failed on the message with subject: Fw: visiting confirmation.This message has been set as bad mail on the SMTP server.
邮件被放到了exchange安装目录下的Exchsrvr\Mailroot\vsi 1\BadMail了
