客户端创建的外网邮箱无法收取邮件

请问一下这个是怎么回事哦？ 在客户端创建的内部邮箱可以正常收发，但是创建外网邮箱以后，接受邮件就返回这个。
试了一下 能够ping通邮件服务器。 檢查一下你的DNS服務器吧
